Switch to 50# or 100# metal-bond pads and perform cross-grinding.

Objective: Eliminate deep scratches left by coarse grinding and fine-level localized unevenness to ensure uniform thickness for the subsequent floor coating.

3. Phase 3: Transition Grinding—Final Preparation for Coating

If superior flatness is required, it is recommended to use resin-bond pads for a 200# grinding pass.
