With the increasing demand for safer transportation infrastructure, high-performance road marking materials have become essential for highways, urban roads, parking areas, airports, and industrial zones. Thermoplastic reflective road marking paint has gained global recognition due to its excellent durability, fast construction performance, and outstanding night-time visibility.
Compared with traditional liquid road paints, thermoplastic reflective coatings provide a longer service life and stronger resistance against heavy traffic, weather changes, and surface wear, making them an ideal solution for modern road marking projects.

Thermoplastic reflective road marking paint is a hot-melt road coating material mainly composed of C5 petroleum resin, pigments, fillers, glass beads, and functional additives.
During application, the material is heated to approximately 180–220°C until it reaches a molten state. It is then applied onto road surfaces through spraying, screeding, or extrusion methods. After cooling, it forms a strong, wear-resistant marking layer with excellent adhesion.
By incorporating reflective glass beads, the road markings can effectively reflect vehicle headlights at night, improving visibility and driving safety.
