Glass Beads For Road Marking Size Distribution ≤5% Nd≥1.5 For Expressways

Glass beads are used as high-performance, organic materials applied externally to enhance road marking visibility. The specialized coating reduces surface adsorption of dust from the air, while the specific coupling agent improves cohesion between beads and coating, preventing tiny glass beads from sinking due to their flotation function. When applied, they float on the coating surface, providing a large surface area that increases utilization by more than 30%. Reflective glass beads have become an irreplaceable material in road safety products.
