6-7 MOHS Hardness Glass Beads with Good Particle Distribution for Bridge Deck Surface Markings

Glass beads are high-performance, organic materials used externally to reduce surface adsorption of dust in the air. Due to the inclusion of specific coupling agents, these beads improve cohesive force with coatings, preventing tiny glass beads from sinking into the coating. Their flotation function allows them to remain on the coating surface, providing a large surface area that increases utilization by more than 30%. Reflective glass beads have become an irreplaceable material in road safety products.

We provide glass beads with different refractive indices including 1.53, 1.72, and 1.93. We can also supply glass beads meeting various national standards or customized according to customer-specified size distributions.
