Technical Description

Thermoplastic road marking paint, also called thermoplastic coating or hot melt marking paint, is a powder-based material. A hot melt kettle heats the road marking paint to 200°C, and then it is sprayed onto the road surface. After cooling, the paint becomes wear-resistant, reflective and bright. It dries quickly and can be driven over after a few minutes. Reflective glass beads are added to improve brightness and durability for nighttime visibility.
